Terms of Trade

General – As soon as a product order is registered with us, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Delivery – The item will be shipped no later than 2 working days after receipt of the order. When we ship your item, we will also send an email with link to the GLS Track & Trace feature, so you can follow the shipment. Note that it may take some hours before GLS scans the package.

Shipping – The item ordered is shipped with GLS. Costs associated with delivery are free of charge to all Danish consumers, while international shipping is payed by costumer.

Payment – The card used for purchase is charged when the product is shipped to the card holder.

The right of Cancellation – The right of cancellation is valid for 14 days from the buyer's receipt of the goods. During Christmas time its possible to return goods until January 14th. If you regret your purchase, please return the package in the same condition as you received it upon receipt. It is important that the original packaging / box of the product is not damaged. We reserve the right to reject a package if the product's packaging is broken and can not be sold again. The buyer pays for the return. In the package please attach a brief explanation of return or exchange information for another item.

If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any expenses we may have upon returning the item.

Wrapping – In checkout you also have the option to choose wrapping of your gifts and you can write a comment to our staff in the shipping department if you want something special about your gift.

Warranty – In the event of a defect in the item, you must, within a reasonable period of time, have discovered such errors in writing or orally informing Collectors Items Jewelry of the error. Collectors Items Jewelry will then provide you with information on how to deal with. The rules regarding complaints are set out in the Purchasing Act. The warranty is valid for two years.

The warranty does not apply to goods which are defective due to wear or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear. In case of complaint, defects or missing deliveries, please contact us as soon as possible:

Information that may be associated with you as a person will never be available to other companies or could be linked to other external records.

Card Information - All purchases through collectorsitemsjewelry.com are via an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. Collector Items Jewelry therefore has no access to your account information. Only Clearhaus have access to your data. Your personal contact information is 100% confidential and will never be surrendered to others. All card information is handled in accordance with the card organization rules. Registration information for our newsletter and "My account" will also be used internally. We use this information by order processing and direct marketing of our products.

For security reasons, we can only return money for an item to the payment card that was also used for the purchase.
